The more concrete you are about the current situation, the more useful the first call is. What exists today, what is meant to exist, and what is blocking it.
What happens next
I read the note and reply with two or three times for a 30 minute call. That call has no fee. If I am not the right person for the job I say so and point you somewhere better.
What we do with the details
Your name, address and message sit in my mailbox and client system so I can answer you. Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for 24 months, then deleted. The privacy policy has the full account.
